Glennon Ott

December 15, 1942 — April 25, 2022

Glennon “Glenn” G. Ott, of Chesterfield, MO, passed away peacefully at home at the age of 79 on Monday, April 25, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emil and Edna Ott and beloved sister, Shirley Luetkemeyer.



Glenn is survived by his loving wife, Martha “Marty” Ott of 50 years, dear sister, Eunice Aubuchon, and several sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, nieces and nephews.



Glenn was a United States Army Veteran. He was awarded a Bronze Star, and the Army Accommodation Medals. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University and was an avid MIZZOU fan. He was also a brother of the TKE fraternity. Glenn was a retired physical education teacher for more than 30 years in the Kirkwood School District. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals. Glenn loved the peace of nature and enjoyed time with his wife, Marty, golfing, biking the Katy Trail and hiking together at Busch Wildlife or other state parks. Additionally, he loved hunting and fishing. Glenn will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was an incredible man.
