Clark, Glenn “Monk,” of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, September 13, 2010 at the age of 82. Dear husband of Shirley Clark NEE:Shirley Smith, Beloved Son of the late Henry August Clark and the late Gladys Marie Clark, Loving Father of Anthony (Jinnie) B. Clark; Cherished Grandfather of Jacqueline N. Clark, Brandon Clark, Rachel Clark; Dear Brother of Willard (Jettie) Clark, Ulyssis Clark, Doug Clark, Stanley (Marion) Clark; Dear Brother-in-Law of Glenn ( Audrey) Smith, Gerald (Sidney) Smith, and William (Rose) Jost. Glenn was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was employed as a receiving clerk for Central Hardware in Bridgeton, Missouri. Glenn served in the Korean War for the United States Army, and received a Purple Heart for his dedication and loyalty to his country. He was a lifetime member of the St. Charles VFW. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
