Hawkins, Gladys, of Wright City, Missouri, died on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at the age of 92. Loving wife of the late John A. Hawkins; beloved daughter of the late William Allen and Margaret Jackson; devoted mother of Robert (the late Janice) Hawkins, Barbara (Nolan) Wallach, Dr. Martha (Richard) Pfeiffer, James (Judith) Hawkins and Patricia (Thomas) King; cherished grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 13; dear sister of Ray (Velma) Jackson, Herman (the late Jackie) Jackson, Eileen (the late William) Tumbleson; dear sister-in-law of Lucille Harper; beloved aunt, cousin and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her brother Alton Jackson. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
