Ginger Raithel of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away Saturday June 28, 2025, at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of 63 years to the late Robert “Bob” Raithel; cherished daughter of the late Richard and Bernice Greeves; devoted mother of Sharon L. (John E., Jr.) Henning, Daniel F. (TuSun (Mina)) Raithel, Sue Ann (Vic) Adamson, Cynthia M. Hotop, Janet L. (Jeff) Besselman, and John Richard White Antelope.

Loving grandmother of Stephanie (David) Mudd, John (Catherine Monzingo) Henning III, Matthew (Jennie) Raithel, Chelsie (Daniel) Zimmerman, Robert Raithel, Rachel (Jason) Wood, Ryan Hotop, Dr. Deborah (Nicholas) Bondi, Breanna (Brandon) Fenton, Jacob (Miranda) Besselman, Samantha (Kyle) Wehmeyer, William (Leah) Hotop, Joshua (Phylesia Harrison) Adamson, Priscilla White Antelope, Scott Besselman, Tyler White Antelope, and Cora Besselman.

Treasured great-grandmother of Alexis (Ali) Raithel, Luther Kozhevnikova, Riley Mudd, Conner Besselman, Samuel Mudd, Violet Raithel, Clementine Zimmerman, John (Jack) Henning IV, Jase Besselman, Aila Raithel, Isabella Wood, Elise Raithel, Oliver Adamson, Liam Wood, Amelia Adamson, Forest Bondi, Adelynn Wehmeyer, Emilia Besselman, Gavin Wehmeyer, Landon Wehmeyer, and Theo Fenton.

Dear sister of Rebecca Stults, and Dino Greeves. Ginger is also preceded in death by her brother, Richard V. Greeves Jr..

Ginger was a dedicated homemaker, and gave of herself freely to her family and church, Zion Lutheran of Harvester, MO. She was a member of the original Zion Lutheran birthday club. Ginger volunteered her time in the school cafeteria and library at Zion Lutheran School. She was also involved in Boy scouts as a den mother for cub scout pack 757.

Ginger loved her flower gardens as well the animals, birds and insects they attracted. Her love for hummingbirds was unmistakable. Most of all, Ginger was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed supporting her family and loving them unconditionally. She was deeply cherished and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Ginger's honor to Folds of Honor or the Zion Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
