Gilbert “Gil” Howley

Howley, Gilbert "Gil", of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at the age of 67. Loving husband of Donna Howley; beloved son of the late Winifred Howley; dear brother of Evelyn Jones. Gil was also a dear brother-in-law, cousin, uncle, and friend to many and will be greatly missed by all. He is preceded in death by his twin brother Billy.
