Beloved husband of Joan Diekmann; dearest son of the late Arthur and Alma Heckmann Diekmann; loving father of Jay Diekmann (Tracy), Jeff Diekmann and Jill Mundy (Matt); dear brother of Dolores McAdoo; cherished grandfather of 6. Mr. Diekmann was an outdoorsman and most especially enjoyed 4-wheeling and hunting. He was owner of Diekmann Hauling in St. Charles for 28 years.
