Phillips, Georgia Mae, of O Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the age of 96. Loving wife of the late Karl E. Phillips; beloved daughter of Oscar S. Wagner and Maggie Wagner; devoted mother of Jaine Martin and Jean Wilkinson; cherished grandmother of Grant and Rachael Wilkinson; dear sister-in-law of Gladys Wagner and Bonnie Phillips. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Russell and Jay Wagner. Memorials may be made to The USO.
