George John Goehri

George John Goehri, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at the age of 94. George, often referred to as “Bud” was the beloved husband of the late Doris Goehri; cherished son of the late Sidney and Marjorie Goehri; devoted father of Scott (Andrea) Goehri and stepfather of Tom (Holly Wojtysiak) Biebel and Greg (Mary Ellen) Biebel; loving grandfather of Samantha (Dan Rich) Goehri, Alyssa (Zachary Guise) Goehri, Mary (Dale Perrigo), Julie (John Moss), Anne (Taylor Long), Trish (Jake Reynolds), Lynn, Joe, John (Angela), Lauren (Connor) Becker-Pecina, Sophie, Jacob, the late James, and the late Thomas; and 21 great-grandchildren and dear brother of Sidney Goehri, Jr.

Bud, having grown up on a farm in Wildwood and attending a one-room schoolhouse, proudly served in the United States Army and spent many years as a Police Officer in University City. Family was the most important part of his life. He enjoyed many years at the Lake of the Ozarks, where he loved boating, water skiing, and barbecuing with his family. An avid fisherman, he enjoyed fishing trips to Canada. He was also an excellent marksman and won numerous shooting competitions during his years with the police department. Even into his 80’s Bud was still driving the tractor cutting hay at the farm. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in George's name to Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.).
