Dear husband of Mary Rankin-Harris; beloved son of the late General B. and Sallie Mae Harris; devoted father of Selvin Wells, Jim (Renee) Davis, Curtis Harris, Ronnie Harris, Rodney Harris, Lemonte Harris, Johnnie Harris, Gail Hall, Cordia (Roy) Anderson and Mary Allen; treasured grandfather of 27 and great-grandfather of 15; dear brother of Irene Horton and Lula Mae Cooper Redd; survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, a brother-in-law and a sister-in-law.
