Dear husband of Rita; dear father of Fred Wahl Jr. (Vicki), Cindy Wahl, Linda (Bill Hicks) Hull; dear grandfather of Larry Hull, Ashley, Andrew, and Timothy Wahl, William Hicks, and Hannah Wahl; great-grandfather of Mckenzie Hull Friend to many. Served in USMC 1948-1952; Korean War veteran of the Inchon-Seoul Campaign and the Battle at the Chosin Reservoir in North Korea November-December 1950 and was co-founder of the Local Gateway Chapter of the ''Chosin Few''; retired employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company; member of Greater St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame and the St. Charles County Amateur Sports Hall of Fame.
