Fred J. Schmidt

Schmidt, Fred J., of St. Louis, Missouri, died on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at the age of 90. Loving husband of the late Rita Marie Schmidt NEE: Kettenbach; beloved son of the late Fred and Amelia Schmidt; devoted father of Bob (Kathy) Schmidt, Jim Schmidt, Fred (Geri) Schmidt, Jr., Dave (Laura) Schmidt, Joe (Liz) Schmidt and Mary (Kirby) Diller; dear father-in-law of Randy Rockamann; cherished grandfather of Ben, Jon, Anna, Blaise, Steve, Dan, Emily, Kyle, Niki, Julie and Nathan ; dear brother of Eugene Schmidt, Lorraine Baker, Mary Mueller, Joan Aubuchon and Monsignor Greg Schmidt; survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Debby A. Rockamann. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Suburban Radio Club and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
