Fred H. Tochtrop, age 89, of O’Fallon, Missouri, died February 23, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Helen L. Tochtrop; cherished son of the late Fred A. and Elizabeth Tochtrop; devoted father of Margaret (John) Hesse, James (Sharon) Tochtrop, Mary (James) Darling, and the late Kenny Tochtrop; loving grandfather of Andrew (Jennifer) Hesse, Jennifer (David) Garcia, Benjamin Darling, and Sarah (Stacy) Branstetter; and treasured great-grandfather of Ashton, Cody, Marvin, Lydia, Draven, and Zachary.
Fred was also preceded in death by his siblings, Ollie Tochtrop, Bernadine Smith, and Sr. Miriam Joseph Tochtrop, CPPS.
Fred had a passion for farming and was a driver at Mo-Con and Kurtz Concrete for over 35 years. Most of all, he loved being with his family. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorial contributions may be made to Masses or an organization of the donor's choice.
