Willbrand, Fred Ervin "Jr", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the age of 84. Loving husband of Geneva Willbrand; beloved son of the late Fred and Ida Willbrand; devoted father of Tom Willbrand, Joan (Don) Schmidt, and Phil (Margaret Poggemeier) Willbrand; cherished grandfather of Valerie (Conner), Julie (Matt), Ryan (Julieta), Monica, Brad (Emily), Wes, Jack, and Paige; treasured great-grandfather of Avery, Declan, Graham, and Amelia. He is preceded in death by his siblings Ervin, Ivera, Wilfred, Alfred, William, Corine, Marie, and Warren.
