Franklin Evans Taylor, III, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019 at the age of 73. Loving husband of Betty Taylor; beloved son of the late Franklin Evans (Norma), II and Doris Buller Taylor; devoted father of Kelly Hartman and Connie L. (Patrick) Dougherty; cherished grandfather of Grant Evan Hartman, Gavin E. Hartman, Aiden R Dougherty, and Caitlin J. Dougherty; brother of Nancy Steuck and Kathy Paxton; and brother-in-law of Ed Haag.
Franklin was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
