Frankie Hope Hand, nee: Burbridge, of St. Charles, MO, died Friday December 2, 2016, at the age of 74. She was the loving wife of James Doyle Hand; devoted mother of Micki (Bert) Forsyth, and Peter (Julia) Hand; treasured grandmother of Samuel Forsyth; also surviving are many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlisle and Lois Burbridge; and her sister, Donna Carleen Hayden.
