Frank Davis Waters

Frank Davis Waters, of Hazelwood, MO, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025, at the age of 86. Loving husband of the late Frances Waters; beloved son of the late William Frank and Buelah Waters; devoted father of Frank (Sharon) Waters and Karen (Tim) Duggan; cherished grandfather of Kevin (Amanda) Duggan, Kelly (Ryan) Hoffmann, Wayne Waters, and Katherine Waters and great grandfather of five.

Frank proudly served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group) Kirkwood Chapter and the St. Louis Parachute Association. He loved riding his motorcycle across the country, out west from Montana to San Diego. As owner and Chief Pilot of St. Charles Flying Service, he shared his passion for aviation with many. He cherished traveling with his wife, Frances, and deeply loved his grandchildren. Frank was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
