Memorial contributions may be made to SSM Hospice or The Siteman Cancer Center. Beloved husband of Catherine E. Smart (nee: Dickinson); loving son of the late Carl Smart and Cecilia Frantz (nee: Orf); cherished father of Angela Smart; dear brother of Nita Wolf, Connie Goodin (Don), Chris Pearson (Randy) and the late Wayne Pallardy. Mr. Smart was a member of Local #660 Laborer's Union. He was an umpire for the U.S.S.S.A. and he served in the US Army.
