Francis Reid Miller Sr., of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021, at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Carroll Miller; cherished son of the late Francis R. and Christina Miller. Devoted father of Francis R. (Barb) Miller Jr., Heather Ann (Scott) McKay, and Aurdrey Kathryn (Vinnie) Garcia; loving Papa of Jacqueline (Kevin), Deej, Eric, Michael, Hannah, and Cora; treasured great-grandfather of Callahan.
Frank & Carroll emigrated in July of 1964 from Scotland. Frank started his own business in 1978, S & G Tool Inc. Tool & Die until he retired in 2010. Francis was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
