Frances Katherine Grayek (nee Lucido), of Lake Saint Louis, MO, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Stanley Grayek; cherished daughter of the late Michael and Geneive Lucido; devoted mother of Toni (the late Neal) Froeschner, Michael (Joann) Grayek, Gregory (Robin) Grayek, Steve (Leslie) Grayek, Anthony Grayek, and David Grady; loving grandmother of Erich (Christina) Froeschner, Jacob Froeschner, Anna (Paul) Sievers, Kyle (Chelsea) Grayek, Brendan (Shannon) Grayek, Emily Grayek, Lauren Grayek, Sarah (Zach) Ferguson, Jessica Grayek, and Jeremy Grayek; treasured great grandmother of Caden Grayek, Aubrey Sievers, Silas Froeschner, Neal Froeschner, Jack Sievers, Olivia Grayek, Chase Grayek, Abigail Froeschner, Forrest Sievers, Elaine Grayek, Erika Froeschner, and Faith Froeschner; dear sister of Agnes (Dennis) Moser, Jonella (Larry) Berlin, Steve (Patty) Lucido, Gina Harmon, the late Kathleen (the late Paul) Langley, the late Gracian (the late Ellie) Lucido, and the late Michael Grace (Bill survives) Murphy; sister-in-law of Doris (the late Robert) Buechler.
Fran, affectionately known as “Gigi”, was extremely family orientated and supportive, as well as an excellent cook. She loved quilting, smocking, reading, and speding time with her dogs that she loved so much. Fran worked as a florist, enjoyed playing Bingo, painting, going fishing, and traveling by cruise. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Fran's name to Veterans Affairs.
