Harvey, Frances "Fran", O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Friday, February 17, 2012 at the age of 68. Dearest wife of the late Gerald Harvey, dear daughter of the late Ralph M. & Sarah E. Aston; special mother of Michael (Michele) Harvey, Stephen (Samantha) Perpitch-Harvey & Sarah "Betsy" (Jeff) Brown; beloved grandmother of Jarek, Michael, Xander & Aiden Perpitch-Harvey, Ryan Harvey, Zack & Jacob Brown. She is preceded in death by her brother, Richard Aston. Memorials to American Cancer Society.
