Floyd E. Cotton

Cotton, Floyd E., of O’Fallon, MO, died on Monday, February 1, 2016, at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Joan Cotton (nee: Ell); cherished son of Doris and the late Jesse Cotton, Jr.; devoted father of Ronda (David) LaPlante, Michael (Nicole) Knipping, Brian (Shelby) Knipping and Tony (Ellie) Knipping; "Step-In" father to Cee Cee Davis and Kevin (Kelley) Davis; loving grandfather of Kaitlyn, Sarah, Savanah, Chloe, Brennan, Kyle, Tyler, Katie, Cooper, Sophia, Nora, and Charlie; treasured son-in-law of Ruth Ell; dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Floyd was preceded in death by his son, Bruce E. Cotton.

Floyd was a member of Assumption Catholic Church in O’Fallon, MO where he was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
