Everette served in the military and retired from 36 years at Boeing. Everette shaped our lives as a husband, brother, dad, grandfather, brother-in-law, father-in-law, uncle, great uncle, great great uncle, neighbor and friend to each of us. Andy had a gentleness for his family, a love of flowers and na-ture, and a passion for fishing. Donations can be made to St. Louis University Cancer Re-search: specify Small Cell Cancer. The family expresses appreciation to the staff at St. Joseph Hospital West: Dr. Kevin Oliver, Dr. Robert Kraetsch, Dr. John Bedwinek, Dr. Howard Goldberg, Dr. John Wilkes, Nurse Anita and all who helped us. ''I DID NOT DIE'' I am a thousand winds that blow; I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain; I am the gentle autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft star that shines at night. I did not die.
