Evelyn L. Protz

Evelyn Louise Protz (nee Warholic), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Monday, June 2, 2025 at the age of 87. Loving wife of the late Vincent Francis Protz; beloved daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth H. Warholic; devoted mother of Jennifer Ann Protz and Lisa Ann Protz; dear sister of Nancy Warholic; cherished grandmother of Christinia (Justin) Payne, Marilyn (Corey Keyser) Camarda, and Tracena (Travis) Eagleton; treasured great-grandmother of Noah Payne, Hannah Payne, Wyatt Payne, Avalynn Eagleton, Bailey Eagleton and grand-pup, Diesel; bonus grandmother of Brandy (Harley Smith) Rasheed, Jazz (Brii) Rasheed, and bonus great-grandmother of Braelynn Rasheed, Hadley Rasheed, one bonus great-grandchild on the way. Evelyn is preceded in death by her son, Michael Allen Belt; grandson, Clifford Michael Protz.

Evelyn was a proud member of Angel Moms Over St. Louis and lived life with joy, passion, and an open heart. She never met a stranger, made friends wherever she went, and was always ready for the next adventure. A devoted mother and the life of the party, Evelyn welcomed everyone as family. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
