Kyle, Evelyn J., of New Braunfels, Texas, died on Monday, February 14, 2011 at the age of 80. Loving wife of the late Orville Kyle, nee: Atterberry; nee: Diekamp; beloved daughter of the late Arthur and Selma Diekamp; devoted mother of Larry (Kathy) Atterberry, Rickey Atterberry and Connie (Joe) Costello; dear step-mother of Kathy (Robert) Schrick; cherished grandmother of Melissa Winkelmann, Tammy Moore, Davey Atterberry, Johnny Atterberry, Dakota Bledsoe, Ashley Flinn, Brooke Atterberry, Kylie Kamuf, Vincent Costello, Bobby Schrick, Hannah Schrick and Michael Schrick; treasured great-grandmother of 10 and many great-great-grandchildren; dear sister of Elmer Diekamp, Alvera Schmidt, Leona Mallinckrodt and Louise Gravemann; dear sister-in-law of Gladys Atterberry and Mae Langford. Evelyn is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; She is preceded in death by her first husband John Robert Atterberry, her children David Atterberry and Barbara Kyle, her great-grandchild Alisha Atterberry and her siblings Herbert Diekamp, Verna Schwede, Arthur Diekamp, Alice Gravemann and Dorothy Mallinckrodt. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Evelyn's name to The American Diabetes Association or The American Heart Association
