Eugene John Koester

Koester, Eugene John, of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, died on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the age of 81. Loving husband of the late Callie Koester; beloved son of the late John and Eleanora Koester; devoted father of Jeanne (Bill) Reany, Mark Koester, Alan Koester, Phillip Koester and Vicki (Mark) Cason; dear step-father of Mary and Sandy; cherished grandfather of Stephanie, Nathan, Bill, Sean, Christopher, Tyler, Olivia, Jennifer, Jessica, Ronnie, Shannon, Jacob, Josh, Michael, Jason and Sarah; dear brother of Lucy Wahnseidler, Loretta "Corky" Campbell, Hubert Koester, Frank Koester and Alice Hanagan; Eugene is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his siblings Margaret, Ralph, Paul and his step-son Melvin. Memorials may be made to ALS Foundation for Life
