Eugene “Gene” Becker

Becker, Eugene "Gene", of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at the age of 84. Loving husband of Edna M. Becker (nee: Schlager); beloved son of the late Frank and Lorinda Becker; devoted father of Pat (Gary) Selvaggio, Barb (Dan) Saey, Gary (Lynn) Becker, and Randy Becker; cherished grandfather of Michael Selvaggio, Christine Selvaggio, Jason (Kathy) Saey, Carrie (Christian) Lawrence, Andrea (Nathan) Hartman, Adam (Stina) Becker, and Alex Becker; dear brother of Katherine Beers, Laura Meyers, Darlene ( Don) Meyer, Betty (Rick) Reese, Paul (Agnes) Becker, and Leroy (Joan) Becker. He is preceded in death by his brother Lawrence Becker and daughter-in-law Karen Becker. Gene owned and operated his own Cornwell Tool truck for several years. He served his country in the US Army during the Korean War and was a member of the VFW - O'Fallon MO. But most of all he loved his family.
