Emerie Rose Hammack

On October 8, 2026 our beautiful little girl, Emerie Rose Hammack, was born sleeping, surrounded by a family who loved her long before they ever for to hold her.

Emerie was the beloved daughter of Matthew Hammack and Cassandra Topping. Though her heart was too fragile for this world, the love she brought into it was immeasurable.

Emerie was also the precious little sister of Matteo, who was ready to take the role of big brother, filling her days with laughter, love and protection. Though they won’t get to share the childhood everyone imagined, he will forever be her big brother, and she will forever be his little sister.

From the moment her family learned of her existence. Emerie was deeply loved. Her arrival was eagerly anticipated, her name was spoken with joy, and countless dreams were made for the little girl who had already captured so many hearts. She was cherished through every moment of her journey, and nothing, not even goodbye, could ever diminish the place she holds in her family’s lives.

Though her family dreamed of a lifetime of memories with her, the love Emerie brought into their lives is something that even death could never take away.

She leaves behind her loving parents, Matthew Hammack and Cassandra Topping; her big brother Matteo; and a family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and loved ones who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Emerie’s time on this earth was heartbreakingly and unjustifiably brief, but her life will never be measured by the number of days she spent here with us. Instead, it will be measured by the love she inspired, the hearts she touched, and the beautiful mark she left on a family who will never stop loving her.

Our sweet baby girl, Emerie Rose, we loved you before we ever saw your face, dreamed of you before we ever held you, and will carry you in our hearts for the rest of our lives.
