Elva Frances Brower

Elva Frances Brower (nee Kramer), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Edward Pallardy and 2nd husband, the late Floyd Brower; cherished daughter of the late Gus and Iva Kramer; devoted mother of Vernie Pallardy, Caroline Krill, and Barbara Pallardy; loving grandmother of Crystal Lynn Pallardy, Daniel Krill, Angela Krill and Tiffany Krill; treasured great-grandmother of Siobhan, Starr, Seraphina and Serena.

Elva loved garage sales, craft fairs, and spending time with her daughters. She was handy and enjoyed fixing things whenever she could. Above all, she cherished being a mother and took great pride in caring for her three daughters and later her grandchildren. Elva also enjoyed sewing and lovingly made dresses with matching purses. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Elva adored dogs but had a special soft spot for pugs.

Memorials may be made in Elva's name to Humane Society of Missouri.
