Elmer I. Amann

Elmer I. Amann, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away May 24, 2017, at the age of 86.  Beloved son of the late Charles and Clara Amann; dear brother to the late Charles (Helen Mae) Amann, the late Albert (Erna) Amann, the late James Amann, and late William (Carol) Amann;  cherished uncle of Patricia (Donald) Ashenfelter, Delores (Tom) Rafferty, Kurt Amann, Guy Amann, Linda Short, and Carol Amann. He was also preceded in death by his niece Jeanette Amann, and his nephews, Charles (Eddie) Amann Jr, Bob Amann, and James W. Amann.  Elmer was a dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many more.

Elmer was an all-around handyman and spent his career as a construction painter.  He enjoyed oil painting, making ceramic collectibles, and playing pool.  He was also a baseball fan and liked watching the St. Louis Cardinals.  He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
