Elizabeth "Anneke", 33, was the loving wife of Kenneth Saylor; daughter of Robert, Sr. & Nancy Foltz; and mother of Amelia, Bailey, & Kyle. Anneke was a member of Faith Chapel Bridge of Life Church in Hagerstown, MD. She loved her family very deeply & will be missed by all who knew her & her family. She often extended her hand & home to those less fortunate. No one ever went without, if she could help it. Anneke was an animal lover & rescued many pets. Memorials to her children's education fund.
