Cherished daughter of Eldon L. and Cleo A. Higgins; devoted mother of Eric (Amy) Rush; caring wife of Gerald L. Rush; loving grandmother of Allison, Nathan, and Catherine; dear sister of Cynthia Apatini, Glenn C. (Brenda) Higgins, and Vernon J. (Susette), and loving Aunt, Cousin and Friend to many.
Elizabeth was born in New Orleans Louisiana. She was deeply loved and will be immensely missed by all who knew her.
