Oechsner, Eleanor "Tootie" K. NEE: Ayers, 90, of St. Charles, Missouri. Loving wife of the late Roy L. Oechsner; beloved daughter of the late Leon and Helen Ayers; devoted mother of Roger (Judy) Oechsner, Jerry (Jeanne) Oechsner, Mary Aubuchon, Kathy (Charlie) Thomson, Patti (Rick) Beckham, and Richard (Lisa) Oechsner; cherished grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 12. She is preceded in death by one brother, Leon "Buddy" Ayers. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
