Elba Nieves

Elba Nieves (nee Rodriguez), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Monday, August 18, 2025, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Robert Nieves; cherished daughter Isabelino Rodriguez and the late Pura Chaparro; devoted mother of Richard (Rosarito) Nieves, Cynthia (Jose Ramos) Nieves, Christian (Giselle) Nieves, and Elizabeth (Juan Davila) Nieves; loving grandmother of 5; dear sister of Alfredo Rodriguez. Elba was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
