Elaine DiCarlo

DiCarlo, Elaine, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the age of 81. Loving wife of 59 years to Sam Salvatore DiCarlo; dear daughter of the late George, Sr. and Helen Schmidt, cherished mother of Steven Blase (Kathy) DiCarlo; beloved grandmother of Josh DiCarlo, Becky (Nick) Connors and great-grandmother of Oliver Connors. Elaine was loved by many other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her brothers, George Schmidt, Jr. and Melvin Schmidt, and her daughter, Helen Michelle DiCarlo. Before her retirement, Elaine was employed as a Customer Service Representative with Forest Park Hospital for 5 years and previously worked for 20 years with Monsanto, Medical Benefits. She was a member of the Missouri Botanical Gardens and Southwest Girls Sorority. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society of American Kidney Foundation.
