Edward James Rolph Sr.

Edward James Rolph Sr., of Wentzville, MO, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023, at the age of 72. Beloved husband of the late Cynthia Rolph; cherished son of the late Richard and Ruth Rolph; devoted father of Angelica (Bob) Sorrells, Ezekial (Crystal) Santa Cruz, and Nathanial (Kayla) Santa Cruz; dear brother of Diane Rolph; loving grandfather and great grandfather of many. Edward was preceded in death by his son, Eddie Rolph Jr., and his four brothers, Rick, Mark, Scott, and Gary Rolph.

Edward, a retired Military Army Sargent First Class, had a deep passion for music, particularly enjoying playing the guitar and singing. He also derived immense pleasure from engaging in strategic pastimes like chess and various board games, all while proudly wearing his heart on his sleeve as an avid Cardinals Baseball fan. Those who had the privilege of knowing Edward cherished him dearly, and his absence leaves an unmistakable void that will be profoundly felt by all.
