Edward Raymond Friedrich Jr.

Edward Raymond Friedrich, of O Fallon, MO, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Carol Friedrich; cherished son of the late Dorothy L. and Edward R. Friedrich, Sr.; and loving partner of 13 years to Maria Widger. 

 
Ed was a devoted member of Assumption church, proudly embracing his Catholic faith. Over the years, he found joy in woodworking, golf, and frequent visits to the shooting range. As a proud member of the Corvette club and a Missouri state archery champion, Ed showcased his diverse interests. Renowned for his welcoming nature, he never hesitated to strike up conversations and forge new friendships during his outings to restaurants. Ed cherished beloved dog, Molly, and shared adventurous travels with his late wife, Carol. An avid fan of the St. Louis Blues and Cardinals, Ed's passion for sports was evident. Ed’s vibrant spirit touched the lives of those around him, leaving a void that will be deeply felt by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

Memorials may be made in Edward's name to City of St. Charles Animal Shelter.
