Edward P. Camp, Sr.

Edward P. Camp, Sr. of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at the age of 76.  Loving husband of Mary Jo Camp; beloved son of the late Gertrude and Michael Joseph Camp; devoted father of Patrick (Krista) Camp, Ed (Jeannine) Camp, Jr., Colleen Camp, and Christine (Josh) Colbert; cherished grandfather of Tyler, Kobe, Shelby, Brandon, Lauren, Staley, Madison, Devon, Dallas, Pierson, Sydney, Killian, and Bradyi; treasured great-grandfather of 5; dear brother of the late Margie Seno and Michael J. Camp; brother-in-law of Diane Camp.  Edward was also preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Camp.  He is also survived by Todd (Heather) Beaulieu and Travis (Samantha) Beaulieu.  

Ed proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He worked for The Topps Company, Inc in New York, and retired as President from the Hobby Division.  He was definitely a sports enthusiast, and a true Cubs fan!  He was a good and authentic person with everyone he knew.   He was a wonderful man of faith and a parishioner at St. Peters Catholic Church. 

Ed loved his family and always looked forward to spending time with them.  He especially loved spending time with his grandkids and was very active in their lives and attending their events.  He was a wise old owl, but never gave unsolicited advice, he had a way with words.   

As an outdoorsman, Ed loved golfing, working in his flower garden, and grilling for family and friends.  He also enjoyed going on walks and working out, as well as tinkering with things around the house. Ed liked to travel, and he always had fun with family and friends going to the lake.  He also liked to go on cruises and traveling to Hawaii and Florida.   

Ed was funny and had a dry sense of humor. He was large in character, and everyone enjoyed being around him.  Ed was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

Memorials may be made in Edward's name to American Heart Association and the American Kidney Foundation.
