Husband of Audrey Elizabeth NEE: Gilchrist; son of the late Otis and Lillian Cassoutt; father of Skip Cassoutt, Ted (Jessica) Cassoutt, Dave (Lisa) Hockman, Annette (Michael) Canning, Diane Moore, Carla Funk and Dale (Joy) Hockman; grandfather of 19 and great-grandfather of 12. He is preceded in death by his former spouse, Frances NEE: Ackermann; his son, Dan Hockman; and siblings, Norman Cassoutt and Juanita Kohms. Memorials may be made to National Breast Cancer Foundation.
