Cissell, Earl R. "Bob", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the age of 76. Loving husband of Dorothy Cissell; dear son of the late Earl and Mildred Cissell; devoted father of Karen (Steve) Watson, Robert Cissell, and David (Mary Beth) Cissell; cherished grandfather of Dale, Katie, Megan, Kyle, and Tony; prized great-grandfather of Drew and Danielle; and dear brother of Milton Cissell. Memorials may be made to St. John UCC or Masonic Lodge of St. Charles.
