E. Dean Ballard

Ballard, E. Dean, of Saint Charles, MO, died on Thursday, December 24, 2015, at the age of 76. Loving husband of Esther Ballard; beloved son of the late Hugh and Eva Ballard; devoted father of Brenda Neumann & family and Jeffrey Ballard & family; cherished grandfather of Andrea Robbins & family, Brandon Martin, and Ashley Graves& family; treasured great-grandfather of 6; and dear brother of Nata Baars & family.

Dean proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War Era. He worked in sales & marketing in the food service industry for over 55 years. Dean was also a member of Fairmount General Baptist Church and Winghaven Country Club. He enjoyed playing golf and was a talented musician and singer. Dean will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
