Dr. Stephen Bradley Lillard

Dr. Stephen Bradley Lillard, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Wilma (nee Karadja) Lillard; cherished son of the late Vernon and Jane Lillard; devoted father of John Lillard, Zachary (Julie) Lillard, Gabrielle (Greg Shasteen) Lillard, and Dominic Lillard; loving grandfather of Alisha Lillard, Kiley Lillard, Madalyn Lillard, and Connor Lillard; dear brother of the late Joseph Lillard and the late Vernon Lillard.

Stephen adored his work and took great pride in being a doctor. He enjoyed riding his bike, working in the yard, and had a well-known sweet tooth that always called for dessert. With his big personality, he got along with everyone, always willing to help and give generously to others. He enjoyed teaching medical students, served proudly as a Major in the Army, and held deep pride in his service. Stephen was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
