Douglas Kersten

Douglas R. “Doug” Kersten, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, October 23, 2023, at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Linda Kersten (nee. Hartman); cherished son of the late Roger L. and Gloria Jane Kersten. Devoted father of Michael Kersten; dear brother of Mark (Sandi) Kersten. Doug cherished his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Doug was married for 34 wonderful years to Linda. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, the outdoors, fishing, and loved skiing in Colorado. Doug also loved world traveling. He was an avid sports fan and loved Cardinals Baseball and Blues Hockey. He cherished spending time at their cabin at the Lake of the Ozarks. Doug was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Doug’s name to the Little Sisters of the Poor and Stray Rescue.
