Willbrand; dear daughter of Anna Marie Rufkahr-Smith and the late Lloyd Pennington; dear mother of Brad Willbrand (April), Judy Grassmuck (Steve) and Susan Van-sickle (Ken); dear sister of Bonnie Begeman (Bernard); dear grandmother of 5. Mrs. Willbrand was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and daughter.
