Dorothy M. Hoormann, 63 passed away on Christmas Day at her home in Old Monroe. She was born January 28, 1952, in Florissant, MO to John A. and Adele B. (Koester) Hoormann.
She is survived by her loving father, John, and her siblings: Joseph Hoormann, Susan (Ralph) Mattingly, Marie (Kerry) Bennett, Alma (Ruben) Willner, Marion (Cathy) Hoormann, and Jane (G. Edward) Stoneking. She is also cherished by her aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Dorothy was a special person who experienced her life with child-like wonder. She loved celebrating holidays, family functions, and church functions. Her favorite hobbies were card playing, plant growing, and puzzle solving.
