Dorothy "Dot" Jane Kloepper

Dorothy "Dot" Jane Kloepper (nee Foley), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late John O. Kloepper; cherished daughter of the late Martin and Grace Foley; devoted mother of John (Karen) Kloepper and Jeff Kloepper; loving grandmother of Ashley (Tom) Westrich, Megan Kloepper, Sydney Kloepper, Magnus Kloepper, and Scarlett Kloepper; dear sister of the late Pat (The late Dave) Konski and the late Gerry (The late John) Wheadon; treasured aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Dot was a proud volunteer at St Joachim & Ann Care Services. She was a good host, a great cook and loved spending time with family and hosting holiday events. Dot also loved to crochet, bowl, and gardened for many years, showcasing her love for flowers. She spent time watching birds and tending to her garden. Dot was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
