Dorothy Emelia Thro (nee: Wetter) of Saint Charles, Missouri, on Sunday, November 26, 2017, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Charles Thro; cherished daughter of the late Albert Wetter, Sr. and Clara Wetter; devoted mother of Tom (Kathy) Thro, Steve (Linda) Thro, Barb (Jim) Hauenstein, Jane Lawson, Jean (Tom) Pohlman, Bob Thro, Carolyn (Jerry) Earlewine, and Sally Cuthbertson; loving grandmother of 18; treasured great-grandmother of 16.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her granddaughter Kelly Page Cuthbertson and her brother Albert Wetter.
