Beloved wife of the late Tweed Parker; devoted daughter of the late George D. Fowlkes and Julia M. Hawkins (nee: Brower); loving mother of the late Toby Jean Florine and Lawrence M. Huls; dear sister of George D. Fowlkes. Mrs. Parker retired from Crest Trailer Court where she was an assistant manager. She was a member of Elm Street Church of Christ.
