Richter; dear daughter of Raymond Mitchell and the late Marjorie Hahn; devoted mother of Michelle (Michael) Whitrock and Shawn (Terin Gibson) Richter; beloved grandmother of Dustin (Michelle) Whitrock, Brad Whitrock, Devan Richter and Kirsten Gibson, Half-Sister of Lynn (Rob) Exline and Diane (Dave) Fisher, Step-Daughter of Doris Mitchell; niece of Louise Edscorn and Betty Eyberg; special grandmother of 4. Mrs. Richter graduated with top honors from Roosevelt High School in 1960. She worked as a secretary before her retirement, working for the Missouri Inspection Bureau for 10 years. She truly enjoyed life and loved to shop.
