Dorothy A. “Dot” Tegethoff

Tegethoff, Dorothy A. "Dot", of O'Fallon, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at the age of 81. Loving wife of Arthur Anthony Tegethoff; dear daughter of the late Alfred and Rose Hopen; devoted mother of Jo Ann Chambers, John A. (Vanessa) Tegethoff, and James L. (Vicki) Tegethoff; cherished grandmother of Karen (Dwight) Mullen, Curtis Tegethoff, Leah Tegethoff, Andrew Tegethoff, and Stephanie Tegethoff; treasured great-grandmother of Jack and Delaney Mullen; dear sister of Loretta Backhaus and sister-in-law of Mercedes Hopen and Doris Hopen. She is preceded in death by her brothers Wilbert, Norbert, and Leonard Hopen, her infant brother Lawrence Hopen, and sister Olivia Sehrt. Dot was the payroll administrator for Boise Cascade for 23 years before her retirement. Her greatest passion in life was first and foremost her family, and she will be missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be made to masses or donor's choice.
