Doris Mary Combs
February 19, 1939 — October 7, 2021
Doris Mary Combs of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the age of 82. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Combs; and her parents, John and Mary Hicks.
Doris is survived by her children, Michael Combs, Greg Combs, and Martin (DeAnn) Combs; and her grandchildren, Bradley Combs and Danielle (Jansen) Lokietek.
For over twenty years, Doris was a librarian at the St. Charles County Library. Throughout her life she maintained a keen interest in history and was always working on charting her family’s genealogy. She had a deep passion for reading as well and was known to go through books voraciously. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorials may be made in Doris's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
